Collections Advisor Glasgow - �25-27,000 + Commission

Are you currently working in collections and looking for the next step up in your career? we are looking for an experienced Collections Advisor to come and be a part of our growing Glasgow team.

The Role

Communicating with debtors via telephone to discuss missed payments. Answering inbound queries from customers. Provide both customer service and a collections service. Updating customer accounts. Flagging vulnerable individuals.

The ideal candidate will: Have a strong work ethic. Have a track record of success in a collections environment. Have worked towards KPI targets. Have the ability to multi-task and adapt.
